- Besan - 6 Kg
- Rice flour - 1 Kg
- Tomato - 4 Kg
- Onion - 4 Kg
- Green chillies - 250 gms
- Ginger garlic Paste - 50 gms
- Jeera - 100 gms
- Ajwain - 50 gms
- Chilli powder - 50 gms
- Kothmbir - 4 Big
- Pudina - 3 Big
- Ginger - 250 gms
- Chutney chana - 600 gms
- Shengana - 500 gms
- Tamrind - 200 gms
- Butter - 1.5 Kg
- Hing, Salt, Oil
Preparation
- For Pudina chutney, mix kothmbir, pudina, shengana, chutney chana, tamrind, chillies, onion, little sugar, salt, water and grind to coarse paste
- For tomato omlette batter, mix besan, rice flour, chilli powder, jeera, ajwain, onion, tomato, hing, ginger garlic paste, kothmbir, sugar, salt and mix
- Add water and mix to make batter semi solid with slightly thick consistency
- Spread batter on tawa and cook on low flame, add butter to tomato omlette
