Ingredients
- Atta - 5 Kg
- Besan - 2 Kg
- Ajwain - 50 gms
- Oil, little chilli powder, haldi
Preparation
- Mix atta, besan, ajwain, salt, little chilli powder and haldi.
- Add water and keep mixing to make firm dough
- Add oil and knead till smooth
- Divide into small balls and roll out into 3-4 inch round using oiled board
