Ingredients

  • Penne Pasta - 8 Kg
  • Spinach - 8 Big
  • Milk - 6 Lt
  • Cream - 2 Lt
  • Cheese - 1 Kg
  • Butter - 1 Kg
  • Maida - 600 gms
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 100 gms
  • Oregano - 50 gms
  • Chilli flakes - 50 gms
  • Pepper powder - 10 gms
  • Salt, Oil 

Preparation

  • Boil water, add salt and pasta
  • Cook pasta till al dente. Cool pasta immediately by pouring cold water and add oil so that it does not stick
  • In another vessel, add butter and heat
  • Add maida slowly and keep stirring so that there are no lumps
  • Add milk and continue stirring
  • Add ginger garlic paste and spinach paste
  • Add salt, oregano, pepper powder, chilli flakes and mix
  • Add cream and mix
  • Add pasta and mix and finally add cheese
