Ingredients
- Penne Pasta - 8 Kg
- Spinach - 8 Big
- Milk - 6 Lt
- Cream - 2 Lt
- Cheese - 1 Kg
- Butter - 1 Kg
- Maida - 600 gms
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 100 gms
- Oregano - 50 gms
- Chilli flakes - 50 gms
- Pepper powder - 10 gms
- Salt, Oil
Preparation
- Boil water, add salt and pasta
- Cook pasta till al dente. Cool pasta immediately by pouring cold water and add oil so that it does not stick
- In another vessel, add butter and heat
- Add maida slowly and keep stirring so that there are no lumps
- Add milk and continue stirring
- Add ginger garlic paste and spinach paste
- Add salt, oregano, pepper powder, chilli flakes and mix
- Add cream and mix
- Add pasta and mix and finally add cheese
