Ingredients
- Atta - 3 kg
- Maida - 3kg
- Aloo - 4kg
- Soya - 3kg
- Onion - 4kg
- Tomato - 3kg
- Cabbage - 1kg
- Carrot - 2kg
- Jeera powder - 200 gms
- Dhaniya powder - 200 gms
- Jeera - 100 gms
- Schezwan chutney - 2 kg
- Mayonese - 4kg
- Chilli powder, salt, oil, haldi
- Kokum - 7 Lts
Preparation
- Boil potatoes with salt
- Cook soya with salt
- In a vessel, add oil, jeera and saute
- Add onion, haldi and saute
- Add jeera powder, dhaniya powder and chilli powder
- Add tomato puree, salt and mix
- Add soya, potatoes and mix. Cook on low flame
- Cut cabbage into small pieces
- Grate carrot
- Mix cabbage, carrot with mayonese and schezwan chutney
- For the chapati roll, mix atta and maida in 1:1 proportion, add some salt and oil. Make batter moist.
- For serving, put the mayo cabbage mixture at the bottom, then add soya potato mixture and roll
