Ingredients

  • Atta - 3 kg
  • Maida - 3kg
  • Aloo - 4kg
  • Soya - 3kg
  • Onion - 4kg
  • Tomato - 3kg
  • Cabbage - 1kg
  • Carrot - 2kg
  • Jeera powder - 200 gms
  • Dhaniya powder - 200 gms
  • Jeera - 100 gms
  • Schezwan chutney - 2 kg
  • Mayonese - 4kg
  • Chilli powder, salt, oil, haldi
  • Kokum - 7 Lts

Preparation

  • Boil potatoes with salt
  • Cook soya with salt
  • In a vessel, add oil, jeera and saute
  • Add onion, haldi and saute
  • Add jeera powder, dhaniya powder and chilli powder
  • Add tomato puree, salt and mix
  • Add soya, potatoes and mix. Cook on low flame
  • Cut cabbage into small pieces
  • Grate carrot
  • Mix cabbage, carrot with mayonese and schezwan chutney
  • For the chapati roll, mix atta and maida in 1:1 proportion, add some salt and oil. Make batter moist.
  • For serving, put the mayo cabbage mixture at the bottom, then add soya potato mixture and roll
