Ingredients
- Pizza Base - 120
- Mozzarella Cheese - 4 Kg
- Cheese Slice - 240 slices
- Capsicum Green - 4 Kg
- Capsicum Yellow - 2 Kg
- Capsicum Red - 2 Kg
- Mushroom - 3 Kg
- Black olives - 4 Bottles
- Corn - 2 Kg
- Oregano - 300 gms
- Chilli Flakes - 300 gms
- Tomato - 6 Kg
- Onion - 4 Kg
- Salt, Sugar, Oil
Preparation
- Heat oil, add mushroom, capsicum and saute
- Add little chilli flakes and oregano and mix
- Add corn and mix
- Do not cook fully, just saute with oil, add salt and switch off gas
- In another vessel, add oil and chopped onions and saute
- Add tomato and mix
- Add chilli powder, salt, sugar and mix
- Let the mixture cool and grind in mixer to make tomato sauce
- On pizza base, first put a layer of tomato sauce
- Then add 2 slices of cheese
- Add mushroom, capsicum, corn mixture
- Add grated mozzarella cheese, olives and add more sauce if needed
- Bake in oven for 10 mins
Bake without oven
- To bake without oven, take a vessel and add rock salt to it
- With the rock salt base, place a metal ring or vessel inside. This ring or vessel acts as a grill creating some space between the vessel base and the tray/plate which will hold the pizza
- Place tray/plate on the ring and with pizzas on the plate
- Cover the vessel completely so that no heat/gas can escape.
- After 15-20 mins pizza should get cooked
