Ingredients

  • Potato - 8 Kg
  • Maida - 4 Kg
  • Garlic - 1 Kg
  • Kothmbir - 4 big
  • Green chilly - 400 gms
  • Butter - 500 gms
  • Khara boondi - 2 Kg
  • Dahi - 7 Kg
  • Ghee - 200 gms
  • Baking powder - 20 gms
  • Salt, oil, chilli powder

Preparation

  • Boil potatoes, remove skin and mash to fine paste
  • Mix maida, kothmbir, chilli powder and salt with above paste into soft dough
  • Add some ghee and oil to the dough and mix
  • In another vessel, mix kothmbir, garlic, salt and ghee. 
  • Make big balls of the dough. Press in the middle to form a cup and add garlic+kothmbir filling and then cover the dough.
  • Roll in maida and make like chapati
  • Heat on tava
  • To make boondi raita, in a vessel add curd, salt, sugar and little chilli powder. Mix with water
  • Add boondi to above curd and mix
