Ingredients
- Potato - 8 Kg
- Maida - 4 Kg
- Garlic - 1 Kg
- Kothmbir - 4 big
- Green chilly - 400 gms
- Butter - 500 gms
- Khara boondi - 2 Kg
- Dahi - 7 Kg
- Ghee - 200 gms
- Baking powder - 20 gms
- Salt, oil, chilli powder
Preparation
- Boil potatoes, remove skin and mash to fine paste
- Mix maida, kothmbir, chilli powder and salt with above paste into soft dough
- Add some ghee and oil to the dough and mix
- In another vessel, mix kothmbir, garlic, salt and ghee.
- Make big balls of the dough. Press in the middle to form a cup and add garlic+kothmbir filling and then cover the dough.
- Roll in maida and make like chapati
- Heat on tava
- To make boondi raita, in a vessel add curd, salt, sugar and little chilli powder. Mix with water
- Add boondi to above curd and mix
