Preparation
- Grind garlic, ginger and red chillies to paste.
- In another vessel mix tur dal, masoor dal, chana dal and moong dal.
- Add potato, red pumpkin, doodhi, tomato puree, danger, methi
- Mix turmeric, salt and cook
- Over cook so that all vegetables and dal can be mashed.
- Add chilli powder, dhansak masala, kasuri methi and mix
