Ingredients

  • Paneer - 12 Kg
  • Capsicum - 4 Kg
  • Onion - 3 Kg
  • Ginger - 100 gms
  • Garlic - 250 gms
  • Bedgi Mirchi - 100 gms
  • Cornflour - 1 Kg
  • Maida - 1 Kg
  • Soya Sauce - 200 ml
  • Tomato Sauce - 250 gms
  • Green Chilli Sauce - 100 gms
  • White pepper powder - 100 gms
  • Salt, Oil 

Preparation

  • Mix maida and cornflour in 1:2 proportion with water and salt. Do not make the batter too watery. 
  • Sprinkle some cornflour on the paneer, dip in above batter and fry.
  • In another vessel, add oil and heat 
  • Add garlic, ginger, bedgi mirchi (without the seeds) and saute 
  • Add onions and saute
  • Add capsicum and saute
  • Add soya sauce, tomato sauce, white pepper powder, green chilli sauce and mix
  • Make slurry with cornflour and water and add
  • Put fried paneer and mix
