Ingredients
- Matki - 6 Kg (After sprouting 12 Kg)
- Onion - 5 Kg
- Tomato - 4 Kg
- Kopra - 2 medium half vati
- Goda Masala - 100 gms
- Jeera - 50 gms
- Corriander Powder - 50 gms
- Chilli Powder - 50 gms
- Jaggery - 0.5 Kg
- Rai - 30 gms
- Pav - 200
- Farsan - 2 Kg
- Salt, Oil, turmeric
Preparation
- Boil water in a vessel, add turmeric, salt and cook matki
- In another vessel, add oil, and saute onions
- Add ginger garlic paste, kopra and tomato and saute
- Cool above and grind in mixer
- Heat oil in a vessel and add rai. After rai splutters, add jeera and curry leaves and saute
- Add turmeric, goda masala, chilli powder and corriander powder and mix
- Add paste from grinder, mix and cook till oil releases
- Add matki and jaggery and mix
- Add water and cook
- Add lemon juice and mix
- Serve with matki, onion, kothmbir and farsan
