Ingredients

  • Cabbage - 3 Kg
  • Beetroot - 3 Kg
  • Capsicum - 3 Kg
  • Potato - 6 Kg (Should be 8)
  • Onion - 7 Kg
  • Tomato - 4 Kg
  • Dosa Batter - 12.5 Kg
  • Jeera Powder - 50 gms
  • Jeera - 50 gms
  • Chilli Powder, Haldi, Salt, Rai

Preparation

  • Add Rai,Jeera to oil and saute till rai splits
  • Add Onion and saute
  • Add haldi, chilli powder, jeera powder and mix
  • Add boiled potatoes, salt and mix
  • In another vessel, add oil and onions and saute
  • Add haldi, tomatoes and saute
  • Add chilli powder, salt and mix
  • Let this mixture cool, then grind in mixer to fine paste to make red chutney
  • Cut cabbage, capsicum and beetroot to fine pieces and mix to form a raw salad
  • Make dosa, add a layer of chutney, then potato bhaji and then add salad
