Ingredients
- Cabbage - 3 Kg
- Beetroot - 3 Kg
- Capsicum - 3 Kg
- Potato - 6 Kg (Should be 8)
- Onion - 7 Kg
- Tomato - 4 Kg
- Dosa Batter - 12.5 Kg
- Jeera Powder - 50 gms
- Jeera - 50 gms
- Chilli Powder, Haldi, Salt, Rai
Preparation
- Add Rai,Jeera to oil and saute till rai splits
- Add Onion and saute
- Add haldi, chilli powder, jeera powder and mix
- Add boiled potatoes, salt and mix
- In another vessel, add oil and onions and saute
- Add haldi, tomatoes and saute
- Add chilli powder, salt and mix
- Let this mixture cool, then grind in mixer to fine paste to make red chutney
- Cut cabbage, capsicum and beetroot to fine pieces and mix to form a raw salad
- Make dosa, add a layer of chutney, then potato bhaji and then add salad
