Ingredients
- Rajma - 8 Kg
- Basmati Rice - 8 Kg
- Potato - 5 Kg
- Onion - 5 Kg
- Tomato - 6 Kg
- Chilli Powder - 200 gms
- Dhaniya Powder - 50 gms
- Jeera Powder - 100 gms
- Rajma Masala - 100 gms
- Kasuri Methi - 100 gms
- Turmeric, Salt
Preparation
- Soak Rajma in water for 12 hours
- In a vessel, heat water and add Rajma, Potato, salt
- During cooking, remove froth that keeps collecting on top
- In another vessel, put oil and finely chopped onions. Saute
- Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric and chilli powder.
- Add tomato puree and mix
- Add Rajma masala, Jeera powder and dhaniya powder.
- Add Rajma + Potato (mash as many potatoes to thicken gravy) and bring to boil
- Add kasuri methi and mix
