Ingredients

  • Pav Bhaji Masala - 100 gms
  • Butter - 500gm x 4
  • Tomato - 6 Kg
  • Potato - 8 Kg
  • Onion - 6 Kg
  • Capsicum - 4 Kg
  • Peas - 2 Kg
  • Chilli Powder - 200 gms
  • Jeera Powder - 100 gms
  • Dhania Powder - 100 gms
  • Kasuri Methi - 200 gms
  • Corriander leaves - 2 big
  • Lemon - 25
  • Salt, Sugar, turmeric
  • Carrot - 20Kg
  • Ghee - 2 Kg
  • Kaju Tukda - 600 gms
  • Milkmaid - 400 gm x 6
  • Khoa - 4 Kg
  • Sugar - 3 Kg

Preparation

Pav Bhaji

  • Heat 500 gms butter
  • Add onion and saute
  • Add capsicum and saute
  • Add turmeric, chilli powder
  • Add tomato puree and let it cook
  • Add Pav bhaji masala, jeera powder, dhania powder and salt
  • In another vessel boil potatoes and remove skin and mash
  • Add potatoes
  • Add water as needed and keep cooking
  • Add kasuri methi and corriander leaves and mix
  • Add Lime and mix

Gajar Halwa

  • Heat ghee
  • Add kaju and saute and keep aside
  • Then in same ghee add carrot and keep mixing
  • It will take a long time to cook. Midway add milk, sugar and mix
  • Once cooked, add milkmaid and khoa and mix
  • Add kaju and mix
