- Pav Bhaji Masala - 100 gms
- Butter - 500gm x 4
- Tomato - 6 Kg
- Potato - 8 Kg
- Onion - 6 Kg
- Capsicum - 4 Kg
- Peas - 2 Kg
- Chilli Powder - 200 gms
- Jeera Powder - 100 gms
- Dhania Powder - 100 gms
- Kasuri Methi - 200 gms
- Corriander leaves - 2 big
- Lemon - 25
- Salt, Sugar, turmeric
- Carrot - 20Kg
- Ghee - 2 Kg
- Kaju Tukda - 600 gms
- Milkmaid - 400 gm x 6
- Khoa - 4 Kg
- Sugar - 3 Kg
Preparation
Pav Bhaji
- Heat 500 gms butter
- Add onion and saute
- Add capsicum and saute
- Add turmeric, chilli powder
- Add tomato puree and let it cook
- Add Pav bhaji masala, jeera powder, dhania powder and salt
- In another vessel boil potatoes and remove skin and mash
- Add potatoes
- Add water as needed and keep cooking
- Add kasuri methi and corriander leaves and mix
- Add Lime and mix
Gajar Halwa
- Heat ghee
- Add kaju and saute and keep aside
- Then in same ghee add carrot and keep mixing
- It will take a long time to cook. Midway add milk, sugar and mix
- Once cooked, add milkmaid and khoa and mix
- Add kaju and mix
