Ingredients
- 20 tins Soya Chaap
- 2 Kg Paneer
- 4 Kg Curd
- 5 Kg Onion
- 7 Kg Tomato
- 200 gms Jeera
- 100 gms Jeera Powder
- 100 gms Soanp Powder
- 100 gms Dhaniya Powder
- 1 Litre Oil
- 100 gms Chilli Powder
- 50 gms Haldi
- 50 gms Amchur Powder
- 10 gms garam masla
- 25 gms kasuri Methi
- Salt, Sugar
Preparation
- Remove Soya Chaap from tin, remove stick, wash it and then squeeze the water
- Put oil and shallow fry Soya Chaap till it becomes brown
- Mix curd, jeera powder, haldi, dhaniya powder, soanp powder, chilli powder, salt and little sugar for marination
- Mix Soya Chaap and Paneer in the above mixture and marinate for 30-40 mins
- Chop tomato and onion as large vertical slices
- Add oil and onions and heat till onions get translucent
- Then add tomatoes, chilli powder, salt and little sugar and keep mixing till tomatoes are cooked
- Let the onion and tomatoes mix cool down and grind them in a mixer into a paste
- Heat Oil, put jeera, garam masala, dhaniya powder, jeera powder. Then add the above tomato+onion paste and mix
- Add soanp powder and amchur powder, salt, little sugar and then add soya chaap + Paneer
- Simmer for 15-20 mins
- Sprinkle Kasuri Methi and mix
